				| I was sifting through some papers and found a SuDoku I had tried previously, but couldn't solve... So I erased everything and started over hoping time had made me skilled enough to solve it Apparently not. So I consult people that are better than me
   It currently looks like so:

 000 000 089
 790 002 300
 010 093 270

 854 136 792
 000 905 000
 901 280 503

 009 320 050
 005 600 024
 280 000 030

The hint says that r9 c3 is a 7, I don't understand why at all. Could someone please help me?

 Thanks

				| Hi, At this stage you have to work a little bit to eliminate from the candidates.
Just try to follow the following steps in doing such a thing:

4 not in r7c6, it is in r9c4 or r9c5 or r9c6 (Row on 3x3 Block interaction)
 1 not in r8c6, Hidden Pair 8 9 in r8c6 and r8c7 (in Row)
 1 not in r8c7, Hidden Pair 8 9 in r8c8 and r8c6 (in Row)
 7 not in r8c6, Hidden Pair 8 9 in r8c6 and r8c7 (in Row)
 6 not in r1c3, Hidden Pair 2 3 in r1c3 and r5c3 (in Column)
 6 not in r5c3, Hidden Pair 2 3 in r1c3 and r5c3 (in Column)
 7 not in r5c3, Hidden Pair 2 3 in r1c3 and r5c3 (in Column)
 6 not in r9c3, Nacked Pair 6 8 in r2c3 and r3c3 (same Column)

 and now you can put:

 7 in r9c3 - Sole Candidate

 see u,
