Well Immpy, your VH+ 101122 puzzle had me completely stumped, but I faired better with this one!

Remove <1> from r4c8 to solve

or you could look at it as:

Alternatively, there is a <45> W wing in r4c2 and r5c7 which removes the <4> from r4c89
