				| I'm pretty sure I reached this point using nothing but basic stuff:

  	  | Code: | | *--------------------------------------------------*
 | 3    8    7    | 9    12   5    | 6    4    12   |
 | 16   9    2    | 3    16   4    | 5    7    8    |
 | 4    16   5    | 26   8    7    | 29   19   3    |
 |----------------+----------------+----------------|
 | 17   17   68   | 26   4    9    | 3    28   5    |
 | 9    2    3    | 8    5    1    | 4    6    7    |
 | 5    4    68   | 7    3    26   | 289  19   12   |
 |----------------+----------------+----------------|
 | 78   35   9    | 4    27   238  | 1    258  6    |
 | 2    35   4    | 1    67   368  | 78   58   9    |
 | 678  67   1    | 5    9    28   | 278  3    4    |
 *--------------------------------------------------*

 |

at which point I found two ways, one an XY-wing, the other a W-wing with coloring.

				| .....and on a second look at Tracy's position there is a single XY chain that opens up the whole thing removing the 7 at r7c1. Pincers at r4c1 and r7c5. | |

				| I did a coloring on <2> which did not lead anywhere.
The XY-wing on <278> in R79 takes out <8> in R9C1, and the puzzle is done.
