This is a puzzle with a short path or a very long path. My first attempt was exactly like the two-stepper posted by Norm. By ignoring the Type 1 UR, it took a total of seven moves, most of which were single digit techniques.

| My scattershot approach resulted in six moves, ending with an XY-Wing on 284 with pincer transport. |
