not sure what to call this move on 9's
 (9)r5c7 = (9)r456c8 - (9)r13c8 = (9)r2c7 - (9)r2c1 = (9)r13c3; r5c3 <> 9
 naked pair in col 3.
 leads too...
 (9=6)r5c7 - (6=8)r5c3 - (8)r8c3 = (8)r8c1 - (8=9)r2c1; r2c7 <> 9
 singles.

				| The first step is easier as an ER from box1 or as a finned x-wing in columns 1 and 7.
For the next big step I like a finned swordfish on 8s that eventually sets r2c7 to 6.

				| I started with a x-wing, then the ER hinged in box1, and then two xy-wings.
 Definitely a fun puzzle.

				| I had a couple of ERs, a UR, X-Wing and finished up with an XY-Wing with pincer transport. | |
