 the UR {4,6} in r78c19 says that the 4 in A and the 6 in B can't both be false or the UR is forced to exist.
 creates this strong inference UR46[(4)A = (6)B]..
 can be greatly and almost insanely extended to this chain
 
 UR46[(4)A = (6)B] - (6=7)C - (7)D = (7)EF - (7=3)G - (3)H = (3)J; J <> 4
 
 I am very fond of these beauties.
