				| No solutions yet, so here is mine.
I found 4 x-wings, which may or may not be necessary. After that:

  	  | Code: | | +-----------+------------+-----------+
 | 13 39 2   | 46  46  5  | 8   19  7 |
 | 4  6  15  | 9   8   7  | 15  3   2 |
 | 8  59 7   | 2   3   1  | 569 569 4 |
 +-----------+------------+-----------+
 | 69 2  69  | 1   7   8  | 45  45  3 |
 | 13 4  8   | 36  5   26 | 7   126 9 |
 | 5  7  13  | 346 246 9  | 16  26  8 |
 +-----------+------------+-----------+
 | 2  35 35  | 8   69  46 | 49  7   1 |
 | 69 1  469 | 7   29  24 | 3   8   5 |
 | 7  8  49  | 5   1   3  | 2   49  6 |
 +-----------+------------+-----------+

There is a UR that solves this one pretty quickly.

If you ignore the UR, Advanced Coloring leads to a contradiction.

Or there is the rather long chain:
 31-19-94-49-96-64-42-26-63 => r5c1<>3

				| I used two x-wings and a finned x-wing to get to the code posted by gindaani and then took the easy Type 1 UR to complete the puzzle. Later I returned to this puzzle and found a 4-cell xy-chain that does the dirty deed: 51-19-94-45; r3c8<>5.
 Also, a Type 4 UR46 and a xy-chain will complete the puzzle.

				| I used four ERs, two X-Wings, Type 4 UR and an XY-Chain. | |
