I used three steps, but then realized that the fun second step was not needed to solve the puzzle.

ALS125[(15) r1c48 = (2)r1c8]r1c48 - r2c7 = r8c7 - r8c3 = r9c1 - (2=9)r3c1 - r1c2= r1c5; r1c5<>15,
w-wing 15 in r1c4 & r8c6 with strong link 1 in r28c7.
