He had set up a tool, then did another one for backup. From my perspective, #1 hasn't worked in ages and I can't get #2 to work today.

Are others having the same experience? I'm reluctant to contact him because he hasn't posted in five months and I feel it would be an imposition.

You are correct. The second site worked for me later today, after not working most of the day.
