X-wing on <9> in r37c19 removes <9> from r3c2 and r7c7

Then with only one cell containing 3 options it is a BUG pattern that shows that r2c3 cannot be <29> so must be <7> to solve

Either <ab> is a naked pair <69> or it isn't

If <ab> is a pair <69> then c=3, d=2, e=4, f=7 leads to x is NOT <7>
If <ab> is NOT a pair <69> then b=7 leads to x is NOT <7>

So either way, x is NOT <7>, so must be <2>
