 You don't need the UR.  It is, in fact, removed by basics.
 
 There is a 17-8 XY-wing in R78 and another in R89.
 
 There is also a double W-wing -17 that takes out <1> in R7C5 and R8C2 and, with coloring , <1> in R6C3.  Any cell that sees both A and B cannot be <1>.
 
 Any of these is a one-stepper.  I dare say there are more.
