While checking for xy-wings, I found this extended pincer best described as a chain.
(3=2)r1c1 - (2=7)r8c1 - (7)r8c7 = (7-8)r9c7 = (8)r9c8 - (8=6)r5c8 - (6=5)r5c9 - (5=3)r4c7; r1c7<>3.
Then, a further extension of the chain, (3)r1c1 - (3)r1c6 = (3) r3c6, also deletes the 3 in r3c7.
Following cleanup, a Type 1 UR 69 in r38c23 completes the puzzle.
